Important Guidelines
Dear Future & Returning Clients,
Listed below you'll find a brief summary of state requirements as well as our company guidelines in regard to your next booking. Please review and ensure that you understand, meet, and accept any and all requirements before making your next Jet Ski Rental appointment.
ALL RESERVATIONS INCLUDE:
- 1- 2 person Personal Watercraft (weight limit 400lbs)
- Required life jacket(s)
- Full Fuel Tank
- Optional Waterproof Phone case for duration of appointment
- Operating and Safety instructions
REQUIREMENTS TO BOOK:
- Must be 21 years of age or older to reserve or operate
- Any renter born after September 1st,1993 must complete a Boater Safety Course prior to any equipment release. Texas Boating Safety Course: BoatUS Foundation
- Signed release/ liability/ damage waivers by all clients who wish to operate the Personal Watercraft
- Photo ID
- $385 Refundable Security Deposit - (Full deposit is refunded back to client upon return of all equipment in its original working condition)
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:
- You may cancel your reservation 24 hours prior to your scheduled booking and receive a full refund
- A cancellation between 23:59:59 hours and 3 hours prior to your scheduled booking will be honored under the condition that an $89.00 fee will be retained and the remainder of the balance will be refunded
- Any cancellation under 3 hours prior to your scheduled booking or Failure to be present/ arrive for the equipment exchange will be charged the full amount with no refund (FAILURE TO BE PRESENT/ ARRIVE is described as not physically at the boat ramp or designated meeting spot on time with a 5 minute grace period)
- 5 minute grace period example - 11am booking time, 11:05am and you are not physically signing the required paperwork, you will be charged the full amount and forfeit your appointment time slot
- we reserve the right to cancel your booking at any time, for any reason
- HAZARDOUS WEATHER CONDITIONS: In the event that thunderstorms are in the area, you may reschedule or cancel your booking and receive a full refund
LIABILITY RELEASE:
- Jaded Life & Luxury LLC shall not be held liable for any injuries or damages resulting from the operation and/or rental of the rental equipment. Lessee must accept all responsibility for any loss or damage to any person or to the rental equipment for the duration of the rental. Lessee agrees to pay Jaded Life & Luxury LLC for any loss of or damages to said rental equipment incurred while in the custody of the Lessee. Lessee agrees to assume liabilities for any and all damages to personal property including damages caused by fire, water or collision. If damages occur to said rental equipment during the rental, there will be a minimum fee of $385.00 on date of damage.
This List along with all required waivers will be agreed upon/ understood/ & signed prior to release of rental equipment. Documents will be signed via electronic signature or in a physical format. By entering your information details and proceeding to check out for your reservation, you acknowledge that you have READ, UNDERSTAND, MEET, AND ACCEPT any and all guidelines listed or instructed to you.

We have a jet ski for just about everyone ranging from first time riders to the experienced thrill seekers with lightening top speeds ranging from 45-55mph!
We provide life jacket sizes between XS - 4XL any size above or below will need to be personally provided.
Boat Ramp 6 is designated for the launching and loading of boats with no public swim areas or picnic tables. Comal Park, which is minutes away from the boat ramp, offers access to most leisurely activities for a fun filled day at Cayon Lake TX.
Texas Parks and Wildlife Department requires any driver born after September 1st, 1993 to complete a boater safety course.
